I got this for my friend who is dying of cancer. Her favorite animals are narwhals.
So on New Years Eve i got this for her.
When she passes i am going to put "RIP" below it.

I worked as the port sampler for the federal groundfish project in Ft. Bragg CA,
sampling catches from the commercial trawl fishermen. Some girls get candy,
some girls get flowers, and the girl fish biologist gets weird fish off the bottom
of the ocean. This one got him a date.
It's a pacific blackdragon/ Idiacanthius antrostomus.

I am a scuba diver and had been thinking about getting a dive related tattoo.
I wasn't sure what to get, but after going to Australia and seeing all of the lionfish,
I thought is was something unique. I searched, but found few lionfish tattoos.
The three small fish are for my three kids. The starfish was added because
my wife felt left out. She is now my ex-wife, so doesn't matter anymore.
